What weekends are for.

They're for sneaking coffee coolatta's into the movie theatre and crying at The Descendants. They're for killing time at the mall, hemming and hawing over gray nail polish and owl sweaters. (Got the sweater, not the nail polish. Regretting not getting the nail polish.) They're for crashing big Portuguese dinners, drinking Aguardente mixed with wine remnants, eating four desserts while sipping espresso. They're for last-minute sangria made with two parts whatever-juice-you-have, four parts whatever-wine-you-have, one part whatever-rum-you-have, and ginger ale. They're for sitting on couches and doing impressions and reminiscing over Whitney's best songs. They're for birthday cake Oreos, Valentine's Day Dunkin Donuts donuts, and flea markets.

We're heading to the Pioneer Valley Flea Market right now, then back to Ludlow to enjoy some culinary classics, then back to the 'Bridge. Guess what I'm wearing.

Sounds like a fantastic weekend! Although, I think I drank enough Aguardiente in Costa Rica to last me a lifetime ;)
